Obituary for Glenmore Wiggan
Glenmore Anthony Wiggan passed away under tragic circumstances on January 28, 2018 in Santa Ana, California. First born of twins, Glen arrived prematurely on August 25, 1973 in Kingston, Jamaica to Bridgette and Laxton Wiggan. He won the Common Entrance Scholarship at age ten and was selected to attend high school at Campion College. He migrated to the US in 1989, continued schooling at Conard High and was selected as University of Connecticut 14th Annual Day of Pride "Top 100" Senior Honoree.
Glen attended Trinity College and graduated with a double major in Mathematics and Philosophy. He obtained MA in Mathematics at UCLA and continued in his pursuit of a Ph.D. He was admitted and completed two years in the doctoral program at the University of South Carolina. He returned to Coconut Creek to assist during a time of family illnesses and bereavements. During this time he worked as a professor at Broward College and assisted his mom with private corporations of which he is a part. He loved California second to Greece and had recently returned there to reside.
He is survived by mother Dr. Bridgette Seville, twin sister Lisa Wiggan of Coconut Creek, uncles Danovan Seville (Bronx NY), Elariow Seville (West Hartford CT), Albert Seville (Windsor CT), grand uncle Peter Tulloch (Orlando FL), nephew Christopher, several cousins and a host of friends.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday February 17, 2018 at Savino Weissman Funeral Home.
